Nothing changing soon, top houses, packed parties.

Tier 2: Hall, Phi Psi, Sig Chi, SAE
Solid recruitment, solid parties. Fratty guys. Hall stands above the others.

Tier 3: Chi Phi, SNU, Beta, McCormick, DU
Normal fraternities, regular guys, regular parties. SNU rising, Beta falling.

Tier 4: 128, OX, Sammy, Dsig
Stagnant, not much going on. Hard pledging for regular social events and regular sorority relations.

Tier 5: KA, Phi Soc, Serp, PiKapp, PhiDelt Phi Delt, ATO, AEPi
A mix of some houses on the rise, and some houses falling. Small fraternities focused on brotherhood rather than social. Some guys are weird, some normal.

Tier 6: PiLam, Asig, TDX, SigPi
Essentially a waste of money. Little to no sorority relations, bad parties. Mostly strange dudes

Tier 7: Phi Sig, TKE, SigEp, ZBT
Irrelevant, social clubs. If you meet a one, brothers are typically very nice.
