despite having a smaller than average membership, tri-sig is still operating as far as i know.

and no, there does not need to be 16, there is no written rule.

Tri-sig is still an active chapter. They just have a smaller chapter as far as I know.

Their charter was revoked for low membership. They're not ISC anymore, because you need a charter to be ISC.

ISC still has them listed on their website. And SSS still has them listed on their website as an active chapter.

Their charter was NOT revoked. They are still an ISC sorority even if they have low membership. I don't understand the fascination with these women. If you're not friends with any of them why are you concerned with whether they still have a charter?
