any sororitys that are required by nationals to stay at the ISC recommended total along with a couple that couldn't fill a pledge class, so probably quite a few

only specifics I know are that Gamma Phi and Zeta are both over total already with the guaranteed bid system and can't take anyone else. ADPi is one sorority that I know is required to stay at total so will snap bid a few even though they filled their pledge class. DZ I believe is snap bidding a few as well (like literally 3). As for the rest, I have no clue.
