Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 5.0 I loved these girls! They are fun, interesting, articulate and attractive. BUT they are also independent. I don't thing they considered sorority rush to be a "baby" beauty contest--with all the fakeness that goes along with that. These girls like each other, were interested in me for what I had to say and actually tried to get to know everyone in my group. They did not meet us with preconceived ideas based on our "connections" or lack thereof. I think it would be a fun house to join!

Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 3.8 It really is sad to see how everything is based on looks and popularity. Honestly I think sororities where everyone looks the same (I.e. caked on makeup) are way too materialistic and fake. These girls are genuine and, although a bit eclectic, some really nice women who can form real bonds of sisterhood without all the drama and cattiness you see in other sororities.

Their slowly working their way to improvement but they deserve a chance before people hate on them because they don't have the most money or stuck up girls.

Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 5.0 My sister is a Sigma and at first I didn't like the idea of her joining a sorority. Then I met some of her sisters and it completely changed my mind of Greek life. I really liked the girls I met and they were some of the nicest girls I've met.

Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 2.6 I definitely respect them for trying hard to improve their image, but they're still bottom tier. It'll take a few solid pledge classes for them to regain some sort of respectability.
