Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 3.8 My roommate is a Tri Sig and she told me the girl living in the house is staying in town for grad school. Some girls like her but a lot felt she was kinda bossy and controlling. I think she has kinda divided the house. I know she's hoping she stays away and let's them get on with running things their way. I want them to do well. They are a great group of girls.

Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 1.4 Too soon to tell how they'll turn out. Everyone talks about their beautiful house but who cares about a house if you don't get along with the people in it? They are only just beginning to run things THEIR way. There's a bit of dissension in the ranks over the new leadership. They need some time to form an identity if they hope to do well during recruitment. Having NO reputation can hurt them. And they need to sort out their philanthropy. I mean, what is children's play therapy?

Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 4.0 I agree with everyone else that Rush is going to be incredibly important for where Tri Sig ends up in the rankings, but I also agree with the people saying they've had a great start. Some advice from someone in a sorority that's often ranked around the middle: emphasize your strengths (beautiful renovated house, diverse group, and lack of a reputation) and ignore the hate - whether you're ranked first or last, people will try to tear you down

I agree with everyone else that Rush is going to be incredibly important for where Tri Sig ends up in the rankings, but I also agree with the people saying they've had a great start. Sigma Sigma Sigma - ΣΣΣ Sorority at University of Virginia - UVA 1.0 No hate, just the truth. For whatever reason these girls did not do well in formal recruitment. They were recruited through a much kinder, gentler process. Now they have to enter the real world of formal recruitment. Hopefully they do well but bottom until they do.
