Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Virginia - UVA 3.9 While the house is by all accounts in terrible shape and falling apart, the guys here are still quality. Despite being pretty average, the brothers all love sports and of course each other, so everyone in the fraternity is tight. They are by no means top tier with their house at the end of Rugby, but they can still throw down and moderately pull while having each other's backs through the process.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of Virginia - UVA 1.0 Sad! This frat has the worst house on grounds where all their parties get shut down at 11:30, about 30-40 people show up with 80% guys. I only just go there for free alcohol lol
