Until you weed out all the problems or push the good ones to go alum instead of the cream of the crop members they'll always be a joke.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of New Mexico - UNM 1.8 I pledged this fraternity a number of years ago. It was an incredibly clicky, and focused more on booze than anything else. Most of these guys ended up real estate agents, or insurance agents both of which require little creativity or intelligence. I went on to an amazing career once I left. Final thought, keep an eye on your drink around these guys.
