When this frat joined back in 2015, no one expected them to be legit. That’s why every person who votes Theta Chi down has never been there and thinks they are trash. I have multiple friends who joined over SAE and Beta...good looking guys who have great parties and don’t get super creepy like others. What else can you be looking for?
