how much does age matter

I started school late because of family issues. Can I still rush at 22?

100% yes, I would definitely recommend rushing no matter your age.

Not worth it at all. Ur gonna be the awkward one out of everyone else because of the age gap especially if ur just starting school

As a 22 year old I think you will fit in fine as there are also some other older 22 year olds but remember that they are going to be in older pledge classes. Your pledge class (which you will become closest with) is most likely going to be a ton of 17/18 year olds straight out of high school. Do you think you’ll be able to relate and bond well with them? We are told not to discriminate against age although we do try to get girls who are mainly freshman/ sophomores.

Personally, I don't think it's an issue. We are a diverse school that welcomes everyone. It really is a matter of how you feel about it. Why not go out for rush, and if you aren't feeling it, then don't join. If you are feeling it, then go for it.
