So what's up with the SigEp chapter at UNR? Are they still recognized my the university or what? can they play intramurals and recruit guys?

They are not recognized by the University, and as such, can't participate in University activities. They can still recruit, but without the use of any University facilities, and are still recognized by IFC, which has allowed them to play intramurals.

They're also suing ASUN for not allowing them to be recognized
