sigma kappa is filled with pretty, friendly girls. they like to have fun and seem pretty chill. i don’t know a lot of girls in sigma kappa, but the few that i have met are nice and fun to hang out with

theta women are the leaders of tomorrow. they know how to get things done, but also how to let loose. work hard, play hard would be the perfect motto for theta, and tbh they kinda intimidate me by how driven and put-together they are. definitely a top house!

dg has some of the nicest girls i have ever met! if i hadn’t joined the chapter i did, i definitely would have joined dg. they are inclusive and probably the most active sorority in the community. their members are always living up to the motto “do good” by fundraising for not only their philanthropy but community-based organizations as well. it sucks that they don’t have a house atm but they more than make up for it by how they act and what they do.

is AOII’s the hottest, most elite sorority on campus? no. they’re new to the scene and as result aren’t well-known or popular. however, they are incredibly supportive of one another, work hard to raise money for their philanthropy, get along well with other greek organizations, and are accepting of everyone. if you join AOII, you won’t feel like you have to change yourself to fit in, and there are way more leadership opportunities due to low demand since the chapter is so small. additionally, by becoming a leader, you’ll have much more say in what the chapter does and help create traditions since the chapter is so new to UNR. also, they by far have the best house and if you want to live-in, you’ll definitely have a spot and will likely only have one or two roommates at the most. overall, they have a strong, uplifting sisterhood but not enough members to really be on anyone’s radar.

Great brotherhood. Really helped me learn a lot and develop as a man. I always saw myself as above everyone in the chapter, however, throughout the pledge process I learned that being a tau really means spreading positivity to others.

tri delta is for sure a top house because they are pretty and all the frat boys love them. they do a lot for their philanthropy and dhop is a big hit each year. i got a weird vibe from them during recruitment and felt like i didn’t belong. some people say they are mean or fake but i think it just takes a certain type of person to get along with them. they are definitely picky about who they let in, and there is a striking lack of diversity within their chapter. basically all the pretty popular girls from high school are in tri delta and it is hard to infiltrate their group unless you fit that mold. no hate to these ladies: i think they do a lot for their community and are definitely top house.
