honest question

So I'm looking to transfer to UMass because I don't want to come out of school with a big debt and this is my state school. I rushed at my school and signed a bid but so if I decided to go to UMass I wouldn't be able to rush again Spring 2016 as a sophomore because of PHA rules. Would I be able to get into a good sorority/ do sophomores ever rush in the spring?

You can rush again at UMass as soon as you'd like. The one year binding MRABA only applies at the same campus, not if you transfer.

Majority of people rush as Sophomores so it wouldn't be weird at all to rush again!
