theta in trouble?

I heard from several friends that a brother at Theta during a party threw a helpless kid around and smashed his head into the fence. Apparently he had to get multiple stiches.

Does anyone know the deal behind that and whats going to happen?

We don't have a fraternity called theta however there is one called theta chi. As an issue of this caliber is a major concern, I am sure they are handling it internally. No need to start rumors, just worry about yourself! :)
