Kappa and SK are on the same level, phi sig is better than tke. The only thing better about the second one is they put aephi above chi o where the belong and AXO is a bottom sorority. They both have pros and cons. I like how op laid it out and actually listed more frats

No one actually thinks theta chi is a clear cut number one at umass. If you ask girls every top and middle sorority girl their favorite fraternity it's a pretty even split between theta chi, pike and AEPi, maybe a little phi sig.

I think Aepi is going to fall more this semester and even though phi sig is getting better I dont think they will ever be top- probably going to be upper middle for a while because of their house

Or it's just someone's opinion, people are allowed to have their personal preferences that differ from the rhetoric that has surrounded this Greek community for years. Things can and do change. They didn't put SK alone at the top and there are changes in fraternity orders from other "typical" rankings too. I agree with this.
