Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 4.4 Full of some of the coolest girls at UMass. They may not mix as often as other sororities but this is because many members place a higher emphasis on academic success than I have seen from many other sororities. Phenomenal sisterhood, and some of the most genuinely kindhearted girls I have had the pleasure of meeting at UMass. Top-tier.

Full of some of the coolest girls at UMass. They may not mix as often as other sororities but this is because many members place a higher emphasis on academic success than I have seen from many other sororities. Phenomenal sisterhood, and some of the most genuinely kindhearted girls I have had the pleasure of meeting at UMass. Top-tier.

Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 2.2 They are very "sororityty" and portray a wholesome image. House isn't the best and its in a bad location. Don't mix often and there are some very catty and mean girls. Some are very nice though

Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 4.0 Chi O gets so much hate on here and it's prob cause after winning greek week etc other sororities are threatened or want to make them look bad to new girls rushing. One of my best friends is in Chi O so I've met a ton of her friends, and they really are some of the nicest girls I've ever met, and not just nice but actually warm and genuine. You can keep hating on them and lying about them on this dumb website, but at recruitment new girls will see what I mean. Love you guys!

Chi O gets so much hate on here and it's prob cause after winning greek week etc other sororities are threatened or want to make them look bad to new girls rushing. One of my best friends is in Chi O so I've met a ton of her friends, and they really are some of the nicest girls I've ever met, and not just nice but actually warm and genuine. Although they lately don't have the reputation for being as nice as they used to be, they're still a good group of girls who are solid middle tier at umass. Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at University of Massachusetts Amherst - UMA 3.0 Chi O is inherently average. Average social life, average looking girls, average level of involvement. They are cute and until recently seemed very classy. It's sad the whole chapter will face backlash from a few girls desperate to move up in standing to the point of tearing down other chapters. Very basic "sorority" lifestyle but kind of boring at mixers. Not boring enough to dislike though, nice girls.

Its a shame these girls don't put more effort into recruitment because they have a lot of potential. A little more low key than the other sororities because of some issues they had this past year. Beautiful house and probably the classiest sorority girls on campus, while still knowing how to have a good time. Every girl I know in chi O is a sweetheart and I would recommend any girl interested in greek life to rush.

However, they are still a good chapter. They are usually girls who did not get bids from kappa and sk but are too good to be in AXO. They are pretty fun but have stricter rules. They have a gorgeous house but it is very far from campus which is a huge negative. Will remain a solid middle tier.
