they look put together and nice during recruitment and when they have events at the house but they're actually super ghetto. i dropped halfway through pledging they're not what they pretend to be during picture perfect recruitment.

Definitely the stuck up sorority. They make it clear that they think more highly of themselves than they do the rest of greek life. They have a decent house but way too far from campus to keep them relevant.

So involved and definitely very classy/preppy. They go for a certain type of girl, so you'll fit in if you're very peppy and put together. Definitely a good sorority for girls who are into academics and campus involvement.

based on their social media they're trying to pull off the egdy look but that is not what they are. they're kind of weird and beware, they've got a handful of psychos. will probably rip your head off if your grades aren't up to their standard and you haven't started practicing for greek week yet. they care more about greek week than building a sisterhood

really overrated honestly.

Consistently one of the most fun sororities to mix with.

They seem so intense for everything in a good involvement way

I had a friend in this chapter and she hated it. They don’t initiate their members until second semester because they need to wait until grades come out, and it’s posible they won’t let a girl become Initiated due to grades which is kinda messed up. They also go a little too hard for Greek week and events, they’ll scream at sisters for not doing well and have lip sync practices for long hours every day for a month. It seems like they put constant pressure on their sisters to portray a certain image. There have also been various issues with their sisters and other sorority girls boyfriends or just issues in general with these girls acting completely crazy about boys. I think they just put forth this innocent “I am so perfect” facade but that’s not what’s going on behind the scenes.

Chi O was our Greek week partner this year and I didn’t really know them before that bc they were on social probation but they have become one of my favorite sororities at umass. The girls are easy to talk to and are super easy going and down to earth (something a lot of umass sororities lack that sets these girls apart). They pregame and bring their own drinks so they always keep the party going. I look forward to our mixers with them

They had a mixer planned with my friends frat for weeks and literally TWO girls showed up. Do better
