Interesting Fraternity to rate. They have their major ups and downs, like their new pledge classes and community service (but who hasn't this past year?). I would personally not join because of their recruitment tactics, however they do manage well. Needs to earn more respect from Greek community and work more on their brotherhood.

Fun to mix with. Get along with everyone, and they are all really chill. Their pledge classes get hotter each year and they constantly murder Greek week.

Not going to lie i originally thought of alpha sig as a classic middle tier but then i went to one of their parties. These guys know how to throw down hard. Not a huge house but easily one of the funnest frats at umass to go too. They also have recently started hosting big philanthropy events. Biggest thing holding them back is not having a lettered house.

I personally don't like the Pikes and they sure as hell don't like non-Pikes. These guys are a pure example of a large Fraternity's minority destroying the majority's reputation; a hand full of guys tarnish their rep. However, they're solid in numbers which is due to their recruitment (amazingly unaffected by their non-Greek rep); however the NIBs of this past year are a bit shaky, good with the Sororities though. Philanthropy was decent this year, but Greek social events were lacking.
