Considering I've been on campus for 5 years, I've seen frats at highs and at lows. Freshman year I remember me and all my girls going to the old SigEp house and loving every party they had. To this day, I can't think of a nicer, respectful group on campus who still manages to throw down after losing their house. They may not be the hottest or most exciting frat, but I can garuntee you will never have a bad time a SigEp. Give them a few years, they'll be back on top

After hearing how much fun these guys were, I had really high expectations. There was was dull, dirty, and boring. The crammed hallways and rooms smelt awful and every inch I moved a different creepy guy starting feeling me up. Not a safe environment and I DO NOT recommend going to their house. Only good part of the night was stealing their beers.

One of the best frats on campus. Parties are never disappointing and with loss of their house, they still manage to draw a crowd. They may be under the radar but don't underestimate the brotherhood and dedication these guys have. Plus they're all pretty attractive

SK is clearly top ranked now for a reason, kappa is too stuck up to do anything but obsess over themselves and SK is just as hot especially now... 10/10 would bang
