Pike is the top house at UMass, that is just a fact. Others are rising for sure though and we'll see what happens in the future. Bottom line though: best guys, mix with best sororities, throw the best parties. Any girl who's been to the pike house knows these are facts. but like i said idk about their future

I've literally never heard of this fraternity doing anything and I'm in a fraternity at this school. Certainly not top tier considering they don't throw down. I'm gonna ask some of my sorority friends about them bc I've just never heard anything, nice house though.

ΠΚΦ is a fast rising fraternity at Umass Due to their rise in popularity and wins in Greek Week many of the top tier fraternities have their eyes on them. Socially they're great; there's a good balance of girls, guys and good times. The brothers are kind and very dedicated to hardwork. It is no surprise that the fraternity's national fame and rank is slowly being seen by UMass students. In a short time, ΠΚΦ could be a top of the top tier fraternity soon at UMass.

House isn't all that great but the brothers are a lot of fun guys. Definitely some of the coolest/nicest frat guys

Definitely a top tier sorority with a few of the other chapters on campus. They've been putting more of a concern on getting pretty girls but that's not necessarily a bad thing for their fraternal relationships. It seems like they're second or third in the eyes of most frats and first or second in the eyes of girls going through recruitment. Overall very stereotypical sorority girls but a few outliers make them more diverse than some other chapters.

good sorority but honestly Chi Omega is ways better. When i come to Uma sigma kappa would be second choice and Chi O is first.

Gotta Assume these guys self rank a ton bc no way are they the top frat at umass. Pike and Theta-Chi should be the top two, maybe aepi and phi-sig but thats even a stretch. These guys are nice and all but in no way should they be above most of the frats on these rankings.
