Pretty obvious theta chi after trying to rat on these guys had a little hissy fit and wrote a bunch of negative reviews about these guys. Lets be honest, phi sig, pike, and theta chi are the top frats on this campus and always will be because they have the best houses and throw the best parties. Theta chi has the biggest house, phi sig throws the biggest parties, and pike is pike.
