Very underrated by a lot of people. May not have a lettered house but they throw great parties and have a really tight brotherhood

They may be nice guys, but thats about all they've got going dor them. Not a real fraternity by any measure really. They should give their house to someone that can actually throw good parties

So I rushed theta chi last semester and got a bid. I declined it because they didn't seem like they had a good brotherhood at all. They might have one of the best names out there but they seemed like they cared more about theta chi than each other.

These guys self rank. That being said, I do think they're one of the fastest rising frats on campus. Probably because of the younger guys they're getting. They're getting better each semester and I actually am starting to have a lot of fun when we mix with them. They need to throw more/better parties but if they keep going this way they'll be top tier pretty soon.

Don't always think SK rates themselves. The high ranks that come in at the same time are most likely from frat brothers that enjoyed them. The brothers obviously organized it because sorority girls aren't that dumb to rate themselves in that time span. But yes SKs are very attractive, smart and a ton of fun.
