Zbt significantly improved from last year, they got a pretty nice party/mixer house and their sorority relations are starting to get good, especially with SDT. If they continue to have good rushes, no reason why they can't keep getting better. Their parties have been so lit.

They are one of the worst frats on campus. A lot of squiddy brothers who are really lame and try to be cool but really aren't. They also got kicked off campus, out of IFC and out of Greek week cause they can't control their pledges

End of semester review for Pike is that they still remain top, as they continue to have good relations with KKG. From general consensus, it seems like that they have been getting very weak pledge classes of late. Most of the guys who built Pike into what it is, are edging towards graduation. Sororities still like them, however everyone else looks down on them for different reasons as they are the most hated Frat. Next semester will determine whether they are on the decline or remain top tier.

End of semester review for Phi Sig is that they have remained very popular, especially for GDI's. While some new guys seem to be putting them into the right direction, some might say a lot of them are pretty weird. Throws a lot of big open parties, which could be a good or bad thing. Although they needs to build stronger relationships with sororities, they remain popular around campus.

End of semester review for Alpha Sig is that they are definitely on the come-up. They have been able to recruit a lot of guys into their brotherhood, some of them decent guys. Alpha Sig still needs to put in more work to involve themselves with the rest of campus and greek life, but they are on the right track. Building a good bond with Sigma Kappa this semester is a positive as well. While they are middle tier as of now, it seems like there is potential.

they know how to throw down but 90% of their parties consist of freshmen groupies. rude brothers and while they're relatively up there, self promo got them to #1 on this site
