clearly one of the top houses at UMass and all me and my friends love the brothers of Theta Chi. everybody is friends with them and they have the best rep on campus

Reading about the "self rankings", theres only 12 total and half are about the "self" ones so idgi?? I feel safe at these parties cause these guys are actually nice and they throw absolute bangers. Ranges from very good looking guys to not so good lookingguys. Always havegreat drinks at parties
