has girls who will go out of their way to try and ruin your life

Pi kapp has one of the nicest houses on campus but I feel like they don't use it enough. I thought they were the honors frat that wasn't social but they've definitely gotten more fun through recruitment. They're on the rise and I'm curious about what future mixers with them will be like

They have some good houses for parties, but a lot of weird guys, Need to really work on image and recruitment. I think they'll be gone in a couple of years.

These guys have a lot of cute brothers, are very active, and have lots of parties. Their parties are mostly stupid, consisting of lots of freshmen girls and guys. Almost every other night there's an ambulance picking up some girl or brother who fell down the stairs. Easily top house, solid brotherhood, and great recruitment. Need to work on being more humble!!

This frat is weird: lots of good looking boys but not very involved in Greek life. Good party house, but pretty sure they lost it to TKE. Their mixers can either be lit or awkward. I always see girls from other sororities at their open parties, across. Definitely on the come up but really need to work on their image. Pretty sure they also took over Pike's philanthropy. Can be competitive, but not active enough

Lots of guys you wouldn't think would be in frats are in TKE. Some very active people, but not a lot of good looking boys. They never seem to have a solid house and are generally regarded as the "common man" fraternity, so pretty average. But they do a lot of Greek life and recruit strong, some of their mixers and pretty good too

Love the guys in this frat, but they're practically nothing now. They do well with the brothers they have, and really need to work on recruiting and changing their image. No houses and no real social scene.

Amazing house, probably best looking house (need to see the inside for yourself), but why they have that house IDK. Small, just started throwing parties again, and not really good looking. May get some sororities if they throw more mixers!
