They throw good parties and it's possible to get some guys in too, unlike many other frats on campus. It gets really really hot and sweaty tho. The brothers seem like pretty decent guys.

These girls were very kind. I never met a Chi O that i didn't like. Their house is really beautiful, but it is a little out of the way of campus. The girls do come off as little bit fake and snobby, but some of them were genuine. I heard they have a frat ban during their new membership period if that matters to you guys at all

They are bound to be bottom tier because they are just starting up, but don't let this fool you, they are actually very nice girls. I think some of the girls can come off as a little bit weird because they had to take what girls they could get to increase their numbers last year, but most of them are very kind, funny, and smart girls. They are doing a great job considering they are new. They are definitely on the rise to being middle tier, especially if they got a house. They really just need some time to settle in, people shouldn't be judging them for that. My only complaint is that their dues were pretty expensive considering they are unhoused.

Walking in the house is incredible. 80% of them are tall, skinny, and blonde. The other 20% are tall, skinny, and brunette. They definitely have a type. Regardless, however, they were very nice girls. You would think they would be snobby and rude, but they were actually very kind girls and we had great conversation. They also have the best sorority house on campus, it was beautiful. They just lack diversity and can be a little bit ditsy. They don't seem to place a high value on academics.

Kappa Sig has grown extremely quickly over recent years. Reason? They throw good (packed) rush parties but hand out bids to just about anyone. The result is a massive amount of brothers who aren't that close and just like to party. Their house is also pretty far from everything else (like 25-30 min walk from southwest). I respect them, but sure as hell wasn't going to join when I rushed.
