is this still even a frat at umass? only mixes with lower tier sororities, sometimes has okay parties, looks like there's about 10 brothers. Also can't really get a vibe on them...there's like one cute guy, some chill stoner guys, some nerdy guys and some straight up weirdos lol.

I think if TKE got a house on phillips, or closer to campus, then they could probably become a top frat. They seem to have a solid brotherhood. The guys are overall pretty cute, nice, down to earth but still know how to party. Their house is just out of the way and if they were near other frats, I think more people would know about them and go to their parties. Overall really good vibes.

Phi gives off some culty vibes sometimes. The girls are all pretty, know how to party and are outgoing, but at the end of the day, it's just a bunch of basic, rich, white girls from NY/NJ who think they're edgy because they wear all black. I used to sit behind a phi in one of my classes and she was always texting sisters on her macbook and after reading that, damn your pledging process/the way you talk about pledges is kind of sketchy. Seems a lil fake to me.

Brotherhood is kind of a mixed bag with some really chill/fun guys and some who are socially awkward and straight up weird. They kind of give off a nerdy vibe but they still have some decent parties. AXP is kind of refreshing in comparison to all of these frats with douchey guys. The brothers are down to earth, kind and easy to talk to.

Nice self-ranking, phi sig. Tbh this house is straight up nasty and the guys are so insecure that they won't let anyone who isn't a brother into a party. One of my guy friends tried to come in with a huge group of girls and a brother flipped out and tried to attack him because he was "on their property" they need to chill. At least they seem like they have a tight-knit brotherhood, but they give me psycho-vibes. Also the parties get really old after a while.

Yeah they can have parties at their house but tbh that’s the only perk. Only really mixes with lower tier frats. Weird mix of girls that acts like they all get along when there’s so much drama in that house

Everyone who says they're weird has never been to their parties. Not being national lets them do whatever they want and have that "srat" life that a lot of sorority girls want aka being involved in something chill accepting while also being able to party without judgement. Their house is dope and the sisters who are in it now have really good style. People just hate cus they're not boring.
