Don’t rush here, waste of money and time

Definitely like Greek life sat this school! It’s a Small school and can feel isolating, but being in Greek life was the best decision I made while at UMBC. It’s a great community to be a part of.

Pretty cool. Not huge like state schools but very involved on campus

Greek life here isn't traditional, but it doesn't mean it's not great. The chapters are close knit, take philanthropy very serious, and overall a community. Chapters aren't wasting their time trying to take each other down, they build each other up through support and bonds outside of their own chapters.

UMBC Greek Life is engaging and the organizations on campus go above and beyond when it comes to philanthropy and social events. UMBC isn't a big state school though so Greek Life here isn't exactly Greek Life in the traditional sense, but it's still a prominent part of the campus culture and the party scene is pretty entertaining. So overall, it's pretty alright.
