Being real delt is the worst of the good houses. Lambda, Fiji, phi kap theta and then there’s delt. 5 houses that throw and have events. Delt well… they self rank on Greek rank and are full of socially awkward nerds. It’s why they associate with the Less popular sororities. Suit yourself

I can’t wait for these guys to start throwing parties, I always have a good time here. They pack their basement to where you can’t even move…house is dirty but the basement looks like a night club

Delt throw more parties than any frat on the row, lets be honest. They have one of the better houses, the nicest basement, and the most members. No wonder they’re very selective with their members.
