Ignore the haters above. We can't tell you whether you can or not. I suggest asking the person who writes your rec. Then go through recruitment with no expectations and an open heart. Maybe you'll fall in love with another house and end up there.

I would recommend rushing sophomore year or doing informal rush once you get your grades up. Most sororities will not take grade risks unless you are a legacy or they're grade A obsessed with you.
