pike getting house?

Randomly decided to google KU Pike and one of the results was for an architecture studio plans for a house. I was under the impression that Lawrence had ordinances limiting the number of Greek houses. Also no idea where they would put it. Anybody have insight on this?

I'm pretty sure the Pike's are currently looking into taking over another Greek house, not making their own. They have talked about building their own, but I think they're hoping to be able to just move into a different one for now.

There is an empty lot in the Greek Ghetto over by AXO and Sigma Nu that used to be another sorority but it was bulldozed. Maybe that's where Pike is planning to build?
