Can someone please explain how Panhellenic comes up with the amount of members a new pledge class can have? It seems like the pledge classes are twice as big as in previous years!

I believe it is the number of PNMs times the goal retention rate divided by number of houses. So for example 1000 PNMs times 90% equals 900. Divided by 12 equals 75. 77 was quota this year I believe.
This would make sense since we lost a chapter recently.
