cor for sororities

I really want to do continuous open recruitment at the end of January, but I am nervous that I may not get an email or something? I signed up online on panhellenic.. but how does informal recruitment really work for sororities and is it likely that I am able to maybe get into a middle tier sorority without knowing anyone before informal recruitment starts? Thank you! Any comments will help, I am kind of new at this!
