Being at the house a lot over these past couple of years has shown me how bad of a house this is. First, they are rich and come from daddy’s money. They think they’re better than everyone else, and they made sure you know it. I’ve met a couple of nice betas, but overall they aren’t all what you think. They brag about their life and their fraternity to where it’s super annoying. Their sleeping dorms smell like feet and mcdonald’s. If their parties weren’t good, idk how much of a top house this would be. I would not rush this frat at all unless you want to be viewed this way from an outsider. Girls only go over there Bc of their money and parties.

best house on campus. they throw the best parties and all the boys are the sweetest. they are all rich so sometimes a bit stuck up

used to love the betas, but the hype has warn off. their locker room parties have an awful ratio and they only ever have bud light seltzers. nice house but the front door is confusing to open. as said below, love beta hate the betas.

These guys are a top house and party but are not cool guys. They are full of daddies money and guys that think they can sleep with any girl because of the house they live in. This is a good party house but nothing else.

Considered to be the cream of the kansas crop year to year. Usually only take the well connected or rich from KC and select few from Wichita. Throw big parties but usually only talk to themselves.
