giving them a great rating because in spite of all the bullying by other houses these are fine girls, have a great sisterhood and are very involved on campus.

I think this is one the only houses that almost every girl in it had some sort of a horror story for how they were treated by the other women. There is just no upside in joining kappa delta when every other sorority has better people, events, and a house. When I lived in the house every single person was miserable and the only reason not everyone dropped is because they were so desperate to have letters in their bio. Between all of their crazy racism scandals and their lack of membership retention there is no reason to stick around after sophomore year. it’s just a place for miserable women to be more miserable. They are gonna go out of their way on this website to take down every negative review cause they are desperate for members. But I bet you could message any women who lives in the house right now and they would tell you to run as fast as you can to get away from this disgusting place. Only join KD if you have thousands of dollars to spend on anti depressants.

I love this house. They tend to be rated lower because other houses love to trash them on the regular. I've met nothing but kind genuine sweet girls from this house. Why all the hate?

They don’t do anything but take your money. I have heard by multiple members that they aren’t even gonna be able to stay on campus because of how broke they are. I’m not sure why people want to join a house where they don’t have money for any events or sisterhood.

love these boys, they r very friendly and sweet and what sets theta chi apart from other frats is how safe and chill it feels. i am being fr bcs I have never felt sketchy or uncomfortable at their parties or at the bars around them. the guys r like super chill and respectful and always make sure everyones having a good time

I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe around them. They’re not stuck up like other frats and they respect women. Should definitely be above snu

friendliest, chillest house, frat activities go on but i feel like they are less “fraternal” or trashy/ toxic than other frats like kap sig, would describe them as the “nice guys” on campus, girls go here if they’re looking to just have some fun, they’re stereotypically funny, down to earth, and high energy, kind of run the hawk, not rly hated by anyone, teetering between being a top house bc phi delt is losing it, def on the up, also i feel like they have a social event/date party like every week, like i said, probably most well liked
