I love this house because they do not throw parties. They are party animals at heart but, just cannot deliver with parties just like in the bedroom. It is tough to please a girl when you only know how to please a guy. I totally love this frat.

Phi Delt is straight up trash. They got kicked out in 2022 and I met a few of them who used to be part of this frat and all I can say is that they are very disrespectful

Non-existent brotherhood. Didn’t care about their brothers. If they did then they wouldn’t be kicked out rn. Didn’t care about being successful. Lost it all due to their decisions. Not the type of crowd I would like to be associated with but to each their own
