This house is the perfect example of a mid tier house. They aren’t a top frat like Greek rank says. The only reason they are 1 is bcs of their self ranking. They are better than fraternities like kap sig, triangle, DU but not better than Beta. They should be ranked around places 3-8. The guys in here range from above average to some weirdos. They obviously think they r better than everyone but that is not the case. Not a very diverse group of guys either and they don’t do many philanthropy events or throw parties.

Perfect example of a lower mid tier frat. They’re not lower tier like aepi, triangle, sig chi, or d chi. But they r not above fraternities like AKL and anything above that in the ranks. The guys in the house range from complete weirdos to ur average known guy in high school (not popular but has a couple friends who r). I would only advise joining this house if u don’t get a bid from a higher tier fraternity than kap sig or if ur just looking to join any fraternity. Warning: joining this house will make u be hated by every other fraternity and u will automatically get the label of being a vandal and thief

Bottom house fs, no house, doesn’t get involved on campus, no class, no parties, never met one so I can’t say if nice or no, and def not popular. A good fraternity to join if ur looking to be a nobody on campus and just waste money on dues, I quite frankly wonder where the due money goes to because they never throw any events

Above decent frat on campus, better than phi delt, sig chi, Fiji, pi phi. Made a comeback after getting booted

U just gotta feel bad for these boys I mean no house, no girls, no parties, barely any members, bunch of nobodies

What once used to be a group of guys with no brotherhood, turned into a group of guys without a charter and without a brotherhood. What a surprise
