I actually really like all the delts i’ve met. They’re definitely not as social as other frats on campus in terms of throwing parties but they do go out a lot. Mostly all the guys are super nice, there’s some creeps but you’ll have that in any frat. Only negative thing about them is that they do lots of blow. If they threw more parties they’d be a top house at ku.

They’re definitely a top if not the top fraternity at ku but the guys are so stuck up. If you are not involved in greek life they have no interest in speaking to you. Had one of their rock chalk revue directors straight up ignore me because he asked if I was in a sorority at a party and said no. They’re rich, smart, and have a nice house; it’s the only reason girls like them. Overrated and need an ego check bad.

Definitely a top house at ku. The men are smart, outgoing, rich, and good looking. Can be immature at times when they’re at bars together but they’re always really respectful with girls. Kinda only socialize with pi phi and chi o but they’re kind to everyone they interact with. They have insane connections and their alumni is very generous. Hard to get a bid but this house would be one of my top choices if I was a pledge at ku.

I love the house I ended up in but I was devastated when Chi O dropped me. Gorgeous house, loved all the actives I talked to during rush! Consistently top in grades but they still know how to have a good time.

I hate the whole concept of “top” and “bottom” houses, but I can see why people consistently rank them as a bottom house socially. The actives I talked to during rush didn’t know how to hold a conversation and it was very stilted, almost as if they were reading from cue cards behind my head. Maybe it was just recruitment nerves, idk, but it was almost offputting. All of the ADPI’s I’ve met are super sweet though and their house is gorgeous!

Insane house, like it’s massive. Hosts a lot for basketball watch parties and they have a great space for it too. Good at making sure they drinks never run too low. Wouldn’t say the guys are super outgoing, they kind of just keep to themselves and only talk to girls they already know, maybe that’s a me issue. They always have a good rush and get good guys because people know they’re a popular house. Not sure if they can beat the snowhead stereotype though.

One of the top houses for sure but I can’t really put my finger on why. Their 4th floor parties remind me of high school basement parties where the parents are upstairs and there’s a single strobe light in the corner. Just awkward. All the guys I’ve met are cool but I wouldn’t describe the house as a whole as outgoing.
