Very nice guys that have a great brotherhood. The house is great, love the idea of not having a sleeping barracks. They throw pretty big parties and the house is normally bumping. There was a lot of girls at the parties but not necessarily the the most attractive ones on campus but there were some babes there.

They are all great girls and have an amazing house!! Very fun, DG was my top pick but I got into Kappa Delta, which I love alot also, but they have one of the best Fraternities right next door (DU) which is very convient when going out

I Graduated last year and absolutely love DU they are all awesome guys and there house is one of the coolest on campus, I wasn't in the house so I dont know much about the brotherhood but they all seem really close with each other, definitely my favorite house on campus, they have some pretty crazy parties and are a lot of fun! All great guys! They aren't very exclusive like many of the other fraternities who wont allow any other guys in unless you are in the house!

I think theta is a great house with great girls. Way more down to earth than kappa, chi o or pi-phi. Definitely in the top three
