Definitely a middle tier house. Not good, not bad. Better than tri delt but not as good as DG.

Barely make grades every year, take advantage of drunk girls, close to being shut down. They know how to throw a party, but don't get too drunk here unless you want to wake up naked and exploited by a room full of guys.

Sigma Nu is by far my favorite frat. It's unfortunate they do so much with KD and AXO - it worsens their reputation. Overall they are one of the best frats on campus. They have the best house/yard for parties. I'm lucky to live next door to these guys.

DG is a solid middle tier sorority. They're known for being a house that likes to party...hard. Not as bad as KD and AXO but definitely not up with KKG, GPhi, Pi Phi, or Chi O.

Easily top tier at KU. KKG, Pi Phi, and GPhi are all of the guy's favorites. Chi O is top tier as well but not nearly as social. Joining GPhi will do nothing but better your college experience. 3rd on the hill with an awesome social life, beautiful but down to earth girls, and perfect house location. Again, definitely top tier and only getting better.
