This house has a bunch of great guys that like to go hard and are fun to hang out with. They have put a ton of effort into improving their house and are renovating the entire place. Their social fund is crazy big so that might make up for the fact that they're a dry house. The guys know now how to treat a girl right.

Good looking guys. Popularity is growing. A lot of class, they treat girls right. Social budget is absolutely huge this year, brotherhood is amazing too. Lots of rich guys.

Really nice guys in the house. They have a "different" personality type but not at all close to the level that Triangle has. They are involved and party like any other house but their basement is lacking a common/social room. The house could really use some renovations but it shouldn't be a huge deterrent if you join this house.
