@New2KU : you're pathetic. I feel sorry for whatever house you joined because if all you care about are looks and smarts then greek life isn't for you. I'm in a different house and I pray you didn't join mine.

Everyone who went or goes to KU knows that Kappa is a top house. Every house has a reputation for one thing or another, but the girls are sweet and fun. I think that a lot of these negative posts must have come from freshmen after rush, which can not be the best experience. Once your first year has gone by, you get to know the girls in different sororities, and see rush from the other side, I think that a lot of these sentiments that girls in top houses are mean or cold will go away.

Weird house, but they have a great sisterhood. It was odd that they flew in girls from New Jersey to help them with recruitment, and I didn't really get to talk to an actual KU SDT because I always ended up talking to someone they had flown in. They have a lot of inside jokes and I can tell that they are really close, but it sort of alienated the PNM's. Super nice girls, but just not the house for me.

My experience with these girls has always been positive. They are smart, polite, and on average more attractive than the other sororities.
