Don't wear you're favorite anything, their basement is always either slippery or sticky so beware. Nice, cute guys. No sleeping dorms and they know what they're doing. If you want good alcohol, you have to ask.

This house should be classified as a sorority. As soon as you do anything with anyone in the house they all know about it, it's gossip/rumor central. DIRTY. Awesome fratio. 6 out of every 10 guys are slam-worthy but be grateful if you even get offered a ride home in the morning, chivalry is unheard of.

Every girl I've met in this house is stunning, and incredibly sweet. Though there are one or two that are obviously fake and nosey. I've heard them talk behind each other's backs too, not cool. But you always see a group of them out together whether it's at the Hawk or a house and they know how to keep it classy.

I have a huge crush on this kid with the nickname "Bruce" I heard he's a stud and when its cold outside I'm sure he'll give me his HOODie

Their house is far away from all the other fraternities and sororities. They don't ever have parties that people hear about and their GPA is low. Not a very big or social house. Obviously they have been self rating.

Great group of guys. Super involved. Not much social influence because of their lack of house. They hang out with a lot of Thetas. Theyll be much better once they move into a real house.

Great guys! All really nice. Just not a top tier house, especially the #1 house... They are very small and have a close group of girls that regularly visits.

This chapter has made major changes for the good in the past few years. Definitely on the rise. They might not be top dogs but they are really making strides. I am absolutely proud to say I personally know many girls in this house who are inspiring, involved, and going to be very successful.
