Really not a bad place. I am good friends with most of the guys and I know for a fact that 90% of stuff on here isn't true. Not the best house but also not nearly as bad as people make it sound.

Their new pledge class doesn't come across as snobby to me at all! Maybe it was an older reputation, but every girl I've met in theta has been super chill. Laid back and fun to hang out with!

Kappa the Crappa's. Elusive, no one knows them because they think they are too good to socialize with the lowlives of Lawrence. MAJOR stuck up and unfriendly to other girls. Have this higher than mighty attitude but why? They are strange and not attractive. One of the worst houses.
