Always see them out at parties. Very attractive especially a lot of the new pledges. A few not so much but most yes. Friendly and cool to hang out with. Top house

This house is getting an awful reputation this year because they exclude 99% of sorority girls from their parties. I would say easily only 1% of girls get an invite. They're just so exclusive to only certain girls.

coming into ffr '13 this website gave me the impression that this house was middle tier right below top tier. so pretty good… well i went to their spring and all the other houses who had it and they all impressed me more than axo. the home is a retirement home and the girls were awkward or boring or weird so i assume that reputation was set by their seniors bc their new pc was not desirable for me. that and all the axo's i know are just…shudder

They have a close sisterhood and are so involved with there philanthropy, neither of which you can not say about a lot of sororities here but the panhellenic book said they have like 20 service hours average. And there last pledge class had a lot of cute/hot girls. They are definatly in there way up. Their new pledge class should maybe spend some more time boosting their gpa instead of partying and then they can start to REALLY improve but they have been much more popular this year i have notice

By "low key" you mean they don't have them? Having a handful of friends over is not a "low Key" party. They are extremely unsociable. Have not had a party yet all year. I don't really know what they do over there cause you never see them do anything. Can't even rate hotness because I've probably only seen one or two ever out.
