I heard that if you make it to a chapter's pref night youre more than likely going to get a bid from them-is this true? Also between which two rounds are the most girls dropped from chapters?

When I went through recruitment the house I really wanted did not end up giving me a bid after pref, but I ended up somewhere better anyways. And sisterhood is generally when the post pnms get dropped
