Is SigEp getting its house back ?

Last year an innovation-entrepreneur club had the house. This year it is transfer students. I think next year it will be another Greek group.

SigEp has like 20 guys now.

Yes they will get the house back no later than 2017.

If these "30 guys" all lived in-house, it would only cover about one third of the lease. Who's going to subsidize them and fill the budget gap?
