what's new girl week

curious as to what new girl week is and why is it so bad the dg's got on probation

dg's got on probation for several other reasons. new girl week isn't "so bad" but a girl in dg told on the other sororities and frats for planning to still have parties when they couldnt themselves so then new girl week had to be cancelled completely... for everyone

it's just more socials in one week. usually sororities have three to four socials since classes are just getting started and there are new girls... it has a negative connotation because everyone associates it with hazing the new girls, but virginia tech sororities don't haze at all
