Top: TKE, Beta, Dsig, Pike
All these houses are consistently top and social with KD, Aphi, DG and Tri Delt too. Good rush numbers, high bid retention, good philo, and good brothers with slight inconsistencies. Dsig and Pike have been falling because of recent bad rush and rumors but they are historically top and will remain good. Sometimes they go back and forth with who is actually top but they are all top 4.

Low top: Fiji, Center
Will say Fiji is slightly better because of their backyard and darties but both mix with the top sororities, just not as consistently as the top 4. Both have a loyal group of girls but just don’t have great numbers for rush and there is a clear fall off between the top.

Mid: Theta chi, ATO, Phi psi
These 3 are pretty similar. Decent rush, decent philo, decent brothers. They mostly mix with Zeta, AXO and Adpi too? Just middle of the pack and don’t have the connections that better houses do.

Low mid: Sigep, Asig, Phi sig, KA, Gold
Down here it’s pretty much all the same. Sig ep has the biggest house on oak but can’t even throw so what’s the point. Honestly no clue what sororities social with maybe SK, Theta, and Gphi. These houses are just mid tbh.

Bottom: Ksig, Zeta psi, Phi delt, ZBT, Lambda, Aepi, DKE, Snu, SPD, SAE, KDR, DU, Dchi
These houses just suck tbh there’s no other explanation. A lot of them are new to campus or just have weird people in general. Some are better than others but overall they are bad.\n\n\n\n\n
