Frats on the Rise/Fall 2026

by: Greek

Rise:
Beta - consistent large classes, some of the top sorority relations at vt
Theta Chi - very high bid retention, consistently large pcs
Phi delt - merger with ksig, gains their center house, will make a small jump to low mouse next semester
Fall:
Pike - terrible 7 person spring pc, constant bad press surrounding them, weird guys in general
Fiji - bad fall 2025 and spring 2026 classes. Steadily declining, not many freshman wanting to rush them.
Center - small spring pcs, very bad on-campus press, hazing causes half their pc to drop every semester

Saying phi delt is now low mouse is VERY generous. Before this merger ksig has been bouse for years.

tke is strong but their rush process is allegedly brutal. i know a lot of guys who dont accept bids or choose other frats bc of how insane the rush process is.

theta chi is notorious for some of the WORST bid retention they always go like 40 for 23 or soemthign really bad take on them they are falling. FIJI is also falling after only taking like 30 kids total over spring and fall
