Srats with lower numbers overall usually are allowed to accept more girls. So a bigger PC usually means the srat itself wasn’t as big as the others so they have more room to take on new girls

Someone at the FSL mtg told me that there were no snap bids this year since everyone met quota. These numbers are who they were matched with.

Most likely they were quota additions - girls who ranked them first but the house made quota before they got to those girls. After regular bid matching is complete, any PNMs who maximized their options (put 2 houses on their bid cards) get matched with their first choice through quota additions. Sounds like Kappa had a great recruitment!
